RETURNS

  1. You can return most new, undamaged items sold and supplied by www.comfyshoes.co.nz within 20 days of delivery for a full refund.
  2. If you are returning an item, you need to give us full name, address, order number, reason for return and state that this is a return package.
  3. Returned and exchanged items need to be send to: Returns Department, Comfy Shoes, 30 Horton Street, Pleasant Point 7903 New Zealand
  4. In most cases, we make a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
  5. Refunds of shipping:
  6. We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  7. You are obliged to pay the return shipping costs if the return is not a result of our fault.

 

EXCHANGES

  1. If you are exchanging an item, you need to give us full name, address, order number and state that this is a return package.
  2. Returned and exchanged items need to be send to: Returns Department, 30 Horton Street, Pleasant Point 7903 New Zealand
  3. Company covers the costs of replacement if the exchange is a result of our fault.
  4. You are obliged to pay the return shipping costs if the return is not a result of our fault
  5. Please note that it takes us 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Department.
  6. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item along with a letter informing about the product you would like to exchange it for. Exchanges are accepted within 20 days from the delivery of the original parcel to you.
  7. If you wish to exchange an item, you are obliged to provide us all details considering new purchase (enclosing item code, size, colour, etc.)
